Bio:

Remnants of the once powerful Enclave have set up shop in the ruins of Portland and a few small towns nearby. Until recently they had control of a nuclear silo in the northern Cascades, though a band of wastelanders—with the unlikely help of an army of super mutants—pushed them out.

Attempting to recover from their losses all over the country, the Enclave allowed into its ranks a ghoul scientist. His genius was unparalleled and his major focus of study was genetics and cloning. He used their resources to research a cure for ghouldom, in exchange for his expertise. What the Enclave plans to do with his knowledge is currently unknown, but it can’t be good.

The Enclave is currently licking its wounds after being forced out of the town of Cleanwater. During the attack they lost several dozen troops. The missing gear (and the fact that six of their vertibirds were taken or destroyed), was a huge blow.
