Bio:

Once the head field scientist of the Northwest branch of the Enclave, headquartered in Portland, Adalbert was helping his organization develop better techniques power armor and energy weapons. That is, until he was captured by a group of wastelanders based out of Cleanwater.

For a long time he was locked up in a tiny cell in the Grey Geese headquarters, poorly treated by most of the populace, particularly the ex-mercenary Samuel Riley. The only person who showed the man any true kindness was the misfit Betty Waters. She even managed to show him that his zealotry with the Enclave was misplaced, and that he could do good in other ways. Now he helps Cleanwater whenever his scientific expertise is needed.

Adalbert now carries a torch for Betty, and everyone in town knows it, except her, it seems.
